Fish sauce is fermented and strained. No solids. Also too salty for anything to grow in it. Avoid it and you cut out much of Southeast Asian cuisine. You might as well cut out cheese and yoghurt, too.
Yah think egg nog is safe? 1/3 eggs in the US have Salmonella. Sauerkraut? Tasteless Fermented cabbage - yuck! Beef tartare? Absolutely raw beef. Aged steak / duck/ fowl? Letting the meat rot to soften it.

They dont mention much of the company and neither does a google search. When they said 45 min on PA turnpike from Philly that could be around Amish country. I do know for certain Shapiro has been threatening the Amish for at least the last couple of years.
Another thought is if this is true why hasnt the FDA shut them down or at least inspect the business.
They must have sunk billions pushing this poison out as it's everywhere from burger king to my local restaurants. I've never tasted it but feels very viled to my system.

Anyone dumb enough to get fake pretend meat because they are too dumb to understand that animal proteins are an important part of our diets but some people still choose less healthy food options and the way to look at all of this is if dummies eat beyond fake meat then gets sick and dies then that's just one less idiot in the world.

Fake meats have replaced all vegan / vegetarian options at many stores / restaurants. As a vegetarian this is frustrating - fake meat isn't even aimed at vegetarians or vegans it's all about meat-eaters switching to this fake alternative - yet there aren't anymore bean/carrot patties or portabella mushroom patties. On the bright side, it stopped me from going to fast food chains.
