Yup, people were eating meat since the beginning it is what our bodies are use to eating, it is all the food processed or w/lots of sugar and salt added and other man made chemical bs that is causing health problems, not nature made foods. I quit using "margarine" and switched back to unsalted butter a chunk of years back even.
How is the lay public supposed to interpret this mess?
The way I interpret it is that it is knowingly disseminated false information to impede our health. make us dumber and emasculate men with synthetic estrogens.
I can blame my fatness on their disinformation campaigns! Following the "science" of weight loss, I have slowly gained weight all of my adult life. Avoiding sugar and flour has let me start to feel less gravity oppressed. My take: I want to sit on those who got rich making people fatter!
Bacon is red meat, right? I'm sure It's just an oversight that it is not in the picture above.
Any one of those marvelous steaks would be even more wonderful wrapped in bacon.
Edit...
From the article:
“There is, however, more evidence for a health risk from eating too few vegetables. That is really the risk of a high-meat diet, those meat calories are displacing vegetable calories.”
So bacon wrapped asparagus it shall be from now on!
Refined sugars and refined carbohydrates are the big bad boogeyman in the room. If you want to get real crazy you can throw refined seed oils into the mix as well.
Just eating meats and vegetables with minimal carbs for 1 week should tell everybody that this is how God intended it to be. No bloating, higher energy, fantastic sleep. It’s amazing peoples own bodies haven’t told them this already.
This is not a surprise to anyone with a working brain
Civilization was built on red meat, and all meats, for that matter.
"Hey everyone, after we build all of Rome and the Colosseum we're all going to have a huge feast with salad greens and kale." kek

well, red meat increases testosterone and libido.
the "studies" suggested not to consume that type of meat, because they wanted future generations of men to be weak and sterile.

It will be if they start their intended mRNA jabs. They need to stop vaxxing them too
