If they are raised in the Luciferian cult, they are allegedly raped, tortured, traumatized, and brainwashed from early childhood, with the goal of turning them into psychopaths who don't feel compassion for others and who live to serve the cult. Psychopaths more easily rise to the top, as without shame, guilt, or a conscience, there's nothing they won't do to achieve their goals.
