I've read every Q drop and the drops discuss a new form of government and a new system. It does not say going back to the Constitution with updated Amendments for a modern world.
This fact has never sat right with me, but I've only begun to recently explore why it only says a "new form of government" and never mentions "based on the Constitution." If I am mistaken, please let me know.
