This is an excellent interview with Nino, Brunson, Juan, and Ghost!

I urge all Anons to watch this, and contemplate the ideas and theories postulated within. They talk about the Supreme Court case Brunson vs Adams, and what might happen between now and January should the Supreme Court step up to the plate and fulfil their duty and oath of office.

Regardless of what happens between now and then, it is undeniable that we are in a state of Devolution, and that everything we are witnessing Biden and his cohorts do can easily be undone when the curtain falls on this movie.

I, like many other Anons here, still believe that the Patriots are in control of the situation, and that our enemies are right where we want them; in the limelight, soaking up all the blame for everything that is going catastrophically wrong in our country right now. They have completely incriminated themselves, and it is only a matter of time before the hammer of Justice swings swiftly down upon them.

For those who are interested, here is the Supreme Court filing for the Brunson vs Adams case.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22-380/243739/20221027152243533_20221027-152110-95757954-00007015.pdf

"and that everything we are witnessing Biden and his cohorts do can easily be undone when the curtain falls on this movie."

This is not true - unfortunately.

There are now about 1.1 million vaxxine-attributable deaths in the US alone. This salient fact is frequently ignored when discussing and evaluating "the plan" and allowing the "biden administration" to continue its deadly charade, its dance of death and corruption.

I believe we are in the midst of devolution. What I can't figure out is, why the delay?

I get it that Trump can't be put back into the presidency until after January 20th but why are the "dogs of war" still collared and chained?

How does the the vaxxine death toll figure in the plan?

If present trends contine the excess deaths worldwide are going into the billions and the world "on the other side" is going to be a very different place.

We need to include this salient fact in all our considerations of devolution. If we don't do that we're just cherry picking data and ignoring the elephant.

I hear you and I wonder the same. Perhaps it goes back to, people cannot be told -- they have to see it and feel it. The precipice isn't a picnic in the park.

If people still trust Pfizer and Moderna, they aren't ready for the Great Awakening. If they have caught on, they can look up treatments that we have discussed here numerous times, like Ivermectin, the Zelenko protocol, and others. We on this site cannot comprehend how brainwashed the sheep are. It will not be easy to deprogram them.

Sorry, but the remaining folks are literally blind. They cannot see a thing and the only thing that gets through are the short sound bite treats they have been trained to respond to. You want everybody in the camp, got to re-capture the Main Steam Media and start sending out our very own tailored sound bite treats.

This is the reality. Unless we gain control of the propaganda apparatus i.e the MSM, we cannot expect folks to awaken themselves. At least not in the numbers we need to make a difference. Elon buying Twitter seems nice and all, but it's just a drop in the bucket when compared to the global MSM networks. Does that mean we should give up? Of course not, but at the current rate we will all be dead before the masses awaken, if they awaken at all. Maybe when we reach a precipice, this will all change. However, I like many others believe we have yet to reach such a point.

So where's the hope? My hope is in the only person who can save me or anyone else, and that's Jesus Christ. I thank him everyday for awakening and saving me. He is the only way.

Yup, the globalists are actually winning their highest goal.

They WILL achieve global population reduction because they have ALREADY injected a serious enough percentage of the population to achieve their goal.

The battle is actually already over because the vaccine rolled out.

We have to accept that.

The war isn't done, but the battle against global depopulation had been lost.

As far as their control network goes. That's where the war is. That's what we can still win.

But it won't work as long as the MSM functions as cabal propaganda.

It's even worse than that, if you can imagine... A previously close to my heart friend was proud to get shot up, and I'm thinking she was one of the fortunates who got saline instead, because she's healthy. We're still friends because we have been for many long years, and there's plenty to talk about without going to politics, et al.
What's different about her is that she was open to join my blog site, but quit after watching a Joe M video that showed tanks. She asked me for the VAERS site link but said nothing about it after. She watched at least 15 minutes of the "Who owns the world" video about Blackrock and Vanguard, and her response after that much was about her belief that as a shareholder, she has a say. We never spoke of it again. Here's the frustrating part (as though this isn't enough)...she's an artist, and a professional one at that. She's confessed that if she did know what I know, it would kill her ability to do what she came here to do. There's nothing to fight against there...nothing for me to do to wake her up.

God gave us all free will and there are always casualties in war. Make no mistake we are in the midst of war and all we can do is try to educate to minimize the casualties but ultimately each person has to make their choice between living in fear or walking in faith.

Happy endings are fantasy when it comes to war. Survival till the end of conflict is the goal.

Focus on the what isn't changing and that's what you'll see.

I expected 10 times worse casualties than we have suffered amd yet here we are sleeping comfortably in our beds in the midst of rhe worst war in our history.

I'll take the win we are getting if we can't have the ideal Hollywood last minute miracle where every one ends up just dandy.

That is indeed the million dollar question.

I believe under Devolution and the Continuity of Government, it would have to be the senior cabinet member of President Trump's administration prior to the initiation of Devolution. It all depends upon who incriminated themselves during the illegal transfer of power back in 2020.

There may be a short time where we have no President, and are in a temporary state of Martial Law while the Military oversees a new election for the entire government in order to return us to a Constitutional Republic.

This is the type of suit, if it is found to be true by the court, is the type of punishment most of us speak about here in saying these people need to be punished, It shouldn't end with their removal from office, it should go toward the treason charge and end up with the full punishment of the law behind any guilty finding.

David Nino Rodriguez with Ghost, Juan O Savin and one of the Brunson brothers whose case is now with the Supreme Court. Talk about the possibility of all the member who did not protect the people by taking the 10 days senator Cruz asked for on jan 6 to consider certification of the vote due to possible foreign interference.

permalink save report block reply

The nature of the Brunson legal action is that representatives certified election results without conducting an investigation into the evidence of election fraud which was presented by US intelligence agencies (President Trump's E.O).

The 388 members of the government failed to do so prior to their certification of the fraudulent vote on Jan. 6th - which means they committed some very serious crimes in the process and at the very minimum can no longer hold any elected office in the US.

The SC could have taken many actions to kill this case, but instead have taken steps to facilitate its progress through the proceedings... and it is now going to be up for review. It has already gone much too far through the process to be easily ignored or legally brushed aside at this point. Everything indicates that it is likely to be heard by the SC.

The SC has some good incentives to move on this rapidly (during December) prior to the next session of congress in January... and here we are...

This is kind of a big deal, no?

The corporate "Federal" "The United States of America" and its corporate "Supreme Court" operate under military "Special Admiralty" jurisdiction of the sea. Very different from the "American" "the United States of America" operating within the "Law of the Land" (Common Law).

In the former, only LEGAL (dead/fictional) entities have "Standing" - Citizens, presidents, residents, persons, senators, etc. In the latter, only LAWFUL entities have "Standing" - e.g. men or women.

Thus, a "Man" cannot sue a "President" anymore then a "President" can sue a "Man". You're mixing the living (LAWFUL) and the dead (LEGAL) here.

If Brunson is none the wiser, which is likely the case, nobody is going to educate him in any position of power. And as such, they can LEGALLY declare the "Man" (Brunson) has no "Standing" in their special admiralty jurisdiction law-fare.

Maxim of Law: Ignorance of the law is no defense.

Rule of fair play: It's nobody's job to educate the ignorant (99% of the population).

If Brunson is using an attorney, he's already submitted to the LEGAL SYSTEM where there are a thousand ways to dismiss the case, as it is designed to be this way. If he filed "Pro Se" he has also submitted to the LEGAL SYSTEM as well.

Only filing a case "Sui Juris", as a man, against other men and women could produce the results he's ultimately looking for. Further, the supreme court justices would also have to change their hats and act as "Referees" rather than "Judges". Not sure how this would or could work without a jury of one's peers in the mix.

The Supreme Court already chose to bring it to conference where it needs 4 votes to proceed. They could have just ignored it, but the Court's Clerk wanted their filings as soon as possible.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 8 ▼
– farpointpatriot 8 points 69 days ago +9 / -1

All WoC are brought to conference. 100%. Thats where 98.7% of them go to die. The court gets about 7000 filings a year. They all go to conference. The Justices clerks review them first, write a short summary for their bosses, then they (the actual Justices) then decide. They burn through 100s a day during ‘conference’. In the end, They actually hear up to about150. This bullshit is dead on arrival

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– dbsupernova 3 points 69 days ago +4 / -1

I realize that and I don’t disagree but the Court’s Clerk was going to accept their Rule 11 petition based on a national emergency bypassing the 10th Circuit Court before they ruled right before they filed. They then accepted their petition without the Rule 11 stuff. I would think if it was DOA they would never have accepted the Rule 11 petition (or we’re going to).

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 4 ▼

So why push Brunson to get it early though? Let's assume you are correct. The petition was properly filed, so they knew they had to process it and send it to the dumpster. Then why ask to get it early if that was their motivation? They could throw it out next week or next month just as easily as today.

There was a reason they wanted this case now. That implies it may not be headed straight for the dumpster. It could be as they say in the video, simply a defensive weapon against the Biden administration if they try and follow through on packing the court. Or it could be something more. But the events leading up to this indicate it is more than just an annoyance to them that they are planning on quashing.

We'll see I suppose. But the data on this one points to something with significance.

I could be wrong, but my two cents....After the '20 election when there was a lot of hope that the SC would fix the fraud I thought they probably wouldn't, because it was too early.

To this day my thinking is that the election fraud was allowed to succeed (and that means SC didn't interfere) so DJT could be out of the picture while the Dems ran wild destroying the country right out in the open with everyone watching. If the SC or military would have interfered after the election the country would have been torn, and civil war could actually have been a real possibility. I believe intervention by the SC or military will not happen until we've hit the precipice and people are united and ready to demand change.

I mean, this is the same SCOTUS that voted 7-2 in 2020 to not hear that case filed by the State of Texas, PLUS now they have Ketanji Brown Jackson to vote against it. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 9-0 against a hearing, MAYBE an 8-1.

It's the equivalent of pleading the 5th amendment, claiming that the Plaintiff's case has no merit therefore not worthy of response. This way, the defendant(s) don't make any claims or present anything in their defense giving the court the opportunity to dismiss the case for lack of merit while not further incriminating the defendant(s). ~~

Yup. The inference was that the case was so weak they did not even need to respond seriously.

Why would a court enforce an oath of office now when they've never done that before?

In the end the military will have to show gaming models based on accrued deaths, if things were more kinetic. If naught, it will seem suspect to the population. But if they show how everything was based against humanity, in a colorful way, if may be accepted.

Trump said very early on, "We have them all". This seems to be the high watermark and "they" are about to get the storm dumped right on their heads.

Juan thinks it's a tool that the Supreme Court will use to hold over congress if they try to pass term limits or pack the court. Could go either way.

Nah, if they know and they do nothing then they include themselves in the guilt of the case. I dont think they have much of a choice, it needs to proceed.

Even "if" the supreme court could remove the sitting president, VP, members of congress and senate, it would not mean that Trump would magically become president again. If something this insane were to happen then it would be more likely that military would temporary take control of government to hold special elections.

Even if they could remove everyone and put Trump back as president then that would cause mass riots and far more trouble than we've seen in recent years. Even if everyone knew Trump would return to being president, it would have to be done with the public image of elections for people to accept it. Even with actual elections, those lunatics refused to accept it for 4 years so one can only imagine how crazy they'd be without an election.

Everyone needs to not continually get their hopes up that something big will happen all at once anytime soon. The most likely things to happen will be that Trump wins in 2024 by such huge numbers that no amount of fraud can overcome it and it might be to such a degree that even liberals will notice and realize that 2020 was not legitimate.

He could still be president but to appease a reasonable portion of the country would require elections even if it were for show. Even if the military came in and provided actual proof with video evidence, they'd still need to put on a show for an election or likely deal with months of mass riots.

Well, I'll take this over LARPers and gold/crapto Scholls reading us random message board posts as news or coming up with their own fever pitch pipe dreams. Unfortunately, I have to also weigh in the naysayers here and I'm not going to get my hopes up. Still, it's more than the usual Muller special nothing burger.

Very much appreciate the link and I read it. Thanks! My point was that those who would have to adjudicate and enforce this (arrests) are all compromised. So although it technically should and could happen, we have gone too far for it to be carried out. I have been hoping for something like this to happen since Biden got inaugurated illegitimately. Yet here we are. I try to have hope but it has been a long time.

That's not true at all.

I would say that less than half the Justices of the SCOTUS are compromised and the arrests would be made by federal marshals or by the Marines or other military. There is no evidence that those people are compromised.

Yes U.S. Marshals Service under the DOJ, however they are Federal Court Officers first and perform any duties ordered by the Federal Court. By tradition they also have individual State arrest authority.

They couldnt even create new words just blatently copied the same shit. I dont trust the civilian courts to save us here. Military is the only way.
