Freedom - we are going toward freedom and that includes everyone on the planet including Chinese, 3rd world, African etc.

Does Q ever actually spell it out?

Nope. That's not what Q does. It isn't a club where we use our secret decoder rings to get secret information that nobody else knows.

IMHO Q's goals were/are:

1. Build a large following of patriots eager to see some way to defeat the corrupt criminals that are in leadership positions all over the world.
2. Encourage individuals to do their own research and stop believing the media
3. Offer hints of what to look at so we build up our own body of knowledge of how the enemy works.
4. Use 'Future proves past' method to make 'proofs' that Q is associated with President Trump. They are not proofs but rather events that would be remarkable coincidences, and when they stack up it becomes a statistical certainty.
5. To scare the hell out of enemy with false steps/threats.
6. To reassure us that there is a plan, and that we will win, and we are not to turn to violence. Our role is to learn and share information, and to provide stability to the non-redpilled if/when things get dicey.

None of these are about telling anybody their plans. That would be stupid, since keeping your actual plans secret is absolutely crucial in wartime.
