This will probably not be limited to fast food. Our food processing/distribution has been centralized for quite awhile. 80-90% of beef, poultry, and pork are processed buy just a few companies. All they have to do is adulterate the food at the processing/distribution plants and they would be able to hit most Americans food supply. The only sure way is to grow your own fruits and vegetables and get get to know a local rancher where you can get unadulterated meat.

Got off fast food 5 years ago. Meat, veggies, beer, coffee and water. Went from 212 to 173 and feel a hell of a lot better and rarely ever get sick. Plus I can see past my belt. ;)
