Either that, or the cabal is creating worldwide chaos in order for UN to come in and suggest that we need a global government to handle it all. Just considering all possibilities
I have no doubt that they want chaos of that scale, but if they were in full control, then the situation in Ukraine would have already escalated into a full blown war with Russia. Some upheaval in South America does not translate into the global chaos that they need to force a world government. Consider what it took just to get the world to accept the UN.
