He is playing coy a bit, but what we forget is that this is exactly the same way the leftards behave and show their attitudes about Q so it is warranted and even necessary for us to respond that way to any and all allegations of being a "QAnon."
As it's been said before there is Q and there are Anons. They are not necessarily connected and what traits or qualities constitute a supposed QAnon person are intentionally left vague and undefined by the left for purposes of being able to attack a wide swath of different peoples and groups with the term.
The left does this with ALL their buzzwords and phrases for those in opposition to them and their beliefs. It is completely intentional. They desire to create the 'other' out of ANYONE who disagrees with ANYTHING that is a part of their gospel; using nebulous terms like "right wing extremist" "domestic terror" "QAnon conspiracy theorist" and many more help them negatively stigmatize any group or person regardless of their ACTUAL positions on a given matter or their beliefs.
Building these labels on intentionally shaky ground and stuffing them with as many awful qualities in their average character is precisely WHY Q wanted to make the distinction known early on. We already knew what they would try to do.
It also helps the left deny or obfuscate the disgusting elements of their faction i.e. the unflappable attraction to young children and minors, satanic imagery and reverence for it coupled with utter disdain for Christianity, and the promotion of such bizarre and sick concepts by their celebrity puppets and other elites.
By gaslighting us and never truly defining what a QAnon actually is or does, they can make their unsavoury behaviors seem less possible and detached from reality.
But we absolutely know it IS REAL and we have seen it LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. It pervades ALL of their beliefs and doings and is a major part of their central thesis when it comes to the changes they want to enact on the world.
Knowles is acknowledging how the supposed 'radical beliefs' of QAnons are in fact 100% TRUE and can be easily seen everywhere, while also begging the question if simply BELIEVING YOUR EYES about these topics would therefore define you as a QAnon. Good on him for doing so, all it is is using their own bullshit gaslighting and games back against them.
