Go listen to an interview with Griner. Lots of videos are out there. It has a deep male voice. It has an Adam's apple. It stands 6'9" tall. It is married to a woman.

There are old images of when it was a high school basketball star and it looked male then, too. It appears to have a completely male upper body, i.e., never had breasts, no female hips and generally male in every way.

What is below the belt is unknown.
