Of course I know this. But, she is a 'college professor' speaking on film. There is casual speaking and professional speaking. Her bearing, message and choice of words convey an absolutely shockingly unprofessional person.
It wasn't like it was a filmed live stage lecture. It was like a one on one video chat type conversation with the guy in the corner. But she was very wrong.
"Y'all" is Southern and is not confined to blacks. They learned English from whites. "Ain't" is used by millions of white people too.
