I live in Northeast PA. Geisinger systems is one of the big hospital systems in this area. Dr Rhu, head CEO, made weekly trips to DC and lunched with all the big health "experts", Fauci and company. and was seen there many times. Geisinger was being paid a lot of money to give all patients Remdesivir and put them on ventilators which killed many. This is a well known fact, although I do not have all the information at my fingertips right now. Well documented by a lot of staff. Also, paid to say COVID was the cause of all the deaths. Also documented by our county coroner, whom we know personally. So, many were in on it, as you would say. Not all, but most had to follow hospital protocol, whether they wanted to or not. That's what I know.
