For the simpletons like me, can someone explain the link between 4602 and the Charlie Kirk screenshot? Why are the highlighted sections relevant?

the Q post contains a screenshot that has the twitter website with blacked out profile but you can see the censorship tags in the white area

now we see that image looks just like the other image verifying Q posted an authentic image? if that was image was not elsewhere on the web etc
