He lied on either day 1 or day 2 and probably both days. It doesn't matter. The 19in image on 20in paper happened and was not an accident. I don't believe either are or were being disputed from what I heard and with no chain of custody should be enough to have a new election. One expert witness had to correct a freakin' lawyer about "unlawful" and "invalid" ballots. Just follow the law that are in the statues. if the laws were enforced, even for the smallest infraction, it would make it unprofitable to cheat, if everything got flagged. Voting should be someof the most strictly enforced laws.
