The Revelation of Jesus was written in 96AD---long after the destruction of Jerusalem so that argument goes out the window. These are future events. Acts 2:38 is after the death of Jesus and Peter says, repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus. Israel is God's land. God promised to bring Israel back to being an independent nation in the book of Isaiah in the end times. He said He would bring back the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to this land in the latter days from all over the world---and He did after WW 2 and Israel became a nation because they are good but God did this for HIS names sake to fulfill prophesy so saying they are not the descendants of Abraham means you are calling God a liar. King Herod was an Edomite and yes they hate Israel but not all the people that live in the land are Edomites. God's chosen people are the descendants of Israel--it is all through the Bible. The Apostle Paul explains this in Romans 9-11. God is not through with them. We are living in the Church Age---the time of the Gentiles. When that time is over --- at the rapture, God will once again work with the Israelites---Rev 5 on tells us of this. Last but the most important thing you need to look at is Rev 22:18. Jus sayin.
I've heard all these arguments and they don't hold water according to Biblical scripture. We are not going to convince each other so we might as well end this right here. As far as water baptism is concerned, Acts 8 tells where Phillip took the Ethiopian down to the water to Baptize him but I do not believe anything other that faith in Jesus is needed for salvation.
