IMO it's totally possible to not wish anyone dead, even someone that dies of their own actions, but dies due to the natural course taken by an action greater than their own. This applies to someone taking the vax, who dies, or say, someone that invades your home and gets shot and killed. Both were participating in a crime. Both events have consequences.
