The SCOTUS can take in the case to conference and not even read it, did you know that? They only read about 25% of cases taken to conference, and out of that 25% they may take ONE yes ONE to a full 9 Justice hearing. Now, with that out of the way, I will say this case has some good hopium in it for us. The SCOTUS clerk told the Brunsons to get more to help the case. The clerk NEVER does this. They got more and put it in, and it was accepted into conference under Rule 11 in under a week, which is again unheard of! The SCOTUS takes longer than a week to scratch its on ass, let alone accept a case to conference. The 10th circuit court saw this and panicked because they were not going to move it to the SCOTUS anytime soon. They (10th) said they would allow it to move to the SCOTUS and the SCOTUS said that they no longer need Rule 11. A lot of very good indicators that they will read this case and vote on moving it forward. They only need 4 yes votes, and they should.
The purpose the Supremes waited till the last minute was a Mexican standoff between congress and the Supremes, Congress wanted to limit the terms of a Justice, and stack the Court, the Supremes, used this litigation as a defense just incase Congress acted stupidly.
Does anybody reckon that a majority of our Supreme Court justices have the courage to face down the mobs that will converge on their homes if they meddle with the predetermined outcome of the 2020 election?
Well, I researched more, the supremes are going to conference January 6th, 2023, to determine how this case is going to proceed, Patel and Bannon claim they don't know anything about this case, I thinks their lying, So we shall see after the 6th Of January if the Brunson case will move forward. Folks there's lots going on behind the scenes in our Federal Government including the Speakers job, the Military, and all of the agencies, I, E. the FDA. Mussk is going to release information on Fauci today or tomorrow, things are getting interesting.

Not sure why you were down voted because you're totally correct. But this case has been shepherded by the SCOTUS to get to conference. This case has a very good chance of being read.
