Tomorrow will be the day that the supreme court posts their decision on the Brunson case. Pray for justice.
THE LAWSUIT
Both lawsuits include defendants Pres. Biden, Harris, former V.P. Pence and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election.
BOTH LAWSUITS ARE ABOUT THE DEFENDANTS BREAKING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."
THE QUESTION
How can you support, and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign, and domestic? Answer: You investigate. If there are claims that there is a threat, even if you don't believe there is a threat, you investigate. How else can you determine if there is a threat unless you investigate? You can't. Were there claims of a threat to the Constitution? Yes. Where did these serious claims come from? 100 members of Congress. What was the threat? That there were enemies of the Constitution who successfully rigged the 2020 election. Is this lawsuit about a rigged election? No, it's about the members of Congress who voted AGAINST the investigation thereby thwarting the investigation. Was this a clear violation of their oath? YES.
THE RELIEF THAT LOY AND RALAND ARE SEEKING
That defendants be permanantly removed from office, and not allowed to hold a public office again.

I bet nothing happens, but I'm terrible at betting, so....
If they side with Brunson, the Federal government will collapse, and society will come unglued because NOBODY is paying attention to this but US. So given this is the conclusion of them siding with Brunson, no, they don't have the nerve to see this case and the outcome that would result. It will be business as usual on the Beltway!
Hypetrolls gonna hype. No legal decisions will be made. They will decide to take the case or not.
And deciding to take the case would be miraculous on it's own.

The only thing that will happen is they post what cases will get to have oral arguments. There will be no opinion issued.
I'm not getting my hope up for that. We have seen a dozen reasons why biden is not legally elected. Same with the rest. Whatever the solution is, I'm waiting.
It's kind of genius what they're bringing forth. It's about upholding their oath and failure to do so, their dereliction of duty, not about Joe Biden.
Zero percent chance this gets heard. Period.
Nothing we expect or hope will happen. Military is the only way.
But I think a unexpected win of some sort will happen ... like more collateral damage to the DS...
Don't get hung up on what YOU WANT to happen just look at what does happen skip over all the doomer & rage posts & stuff and dig into what actually happened.
I'm not sure that people are awake enough for there to be much action on this yet. I hope I'm wrong. Would be nice if they at least heard the case and some information comes out that will win over some minds
Here's to relaxing, dropping all expectations, and understanding the degeneracy and corruption of the courts will again, very predictably, produce a result other than what patriots want
For now
Put down your hopium pipes and look at this logically. Brunson has very little actual chance of getting to a full 9 Justice hearing. Not because the case is not a good one, but how the SCOTUS takes in cases. This conference has like 400 cases to be "read" included in that is Brunson. The SCOTUS will not read like 350+ and just kick them back, the remaining will get read, and then the majority will get kicked back, the remaining like 10 will get voted on, and maybe 3 make it to a full hearing. This is how they do it. I feel the Brunson case is a sold one and if it got to a 9 Justice hearing, all hell will break loose! To me, this is a get out of jail free card for SCOTUS to rule on the validity of 2020 without ruling on the theft of 2020. They can nullify 2020 and everything up to now without seeming like they're being partisan.

There is always hope, however, I believe there is nothing but disappointment that lies here though.
