The house can cut funding at will correct?
This isn’t a “bill” that needs senate and president approval.
You are right. She is wrong how she is representing this.
The hold outs will shut down the government if they don't like their proposals.
She's wrong a lot. She was also wrong yesterday when whining about the House not waiting 72 hours before voting on the rules package, when it was actually posted on Friday.

The whole thing about the house has the power of the purse. Now with the new rules they can fire specific federal employees and also cut funding to any program or agency. Ron Paul always said this. Just defund these agencies.
