These fools always try to ruin something good. Gas stoves are far superior to electric stoves for cooking as you can regulate the temperature in a more pleasing way. Ask any decent chef which they would prefer to use.

they will have every Pro Chef in flames if they attempt this. I wish I had one as you said they are more easily regulated and if the power goes out, also they still work if you have a lighter (is this the real reason?).
