Both things can occur, myocarditis due to the vax and also possibly 5G microwave interaction. The vax has many ways to kill people, one does not preclude another.

I would hypothesize that each stadium has enough 5g wifi access points to act as a mesh antennae (similar to HAARP) also the possibility of 5g cell antennae on or nearby stadium could be used.
