Some things should be zero profit to the extent that any profit made after expenses should be defined as taxes that has to be turned in......
Not a fan of taxes but I'm even less of a fan of profiting from certain things, and yes, that includes medical care so 80% of any profit should have to be poured back into the hospital with the remaining 20 being for a overhead buffer as a backup to keep things running in the face of unexpected expenses(would turn much of the profession back into the hands of people that want to help people rather than people that want to profit of it(plenty of opportunity for that in plastic-surgery and other elective surgery/treatment))
