From what I gather about VEXAS, his bone marrow has been corrupted (allegedly a genetic disorder, but isn't hereditary, and wasn't discovered until after covid...) and is making bad blood cells, which are triggering autoimmune episodes all over his body. High morbidity rate.
He had the first set of moderna shots, but nothing since.

Sounds a lot like what my dad had before he died. He was getting blood transfusions about every two weeks because the marrow produced bad blood. This was pre-covid, in 2017. Thalidomide was what the Dr's were going to try on him next. Since it's been outlawed in America, I had to sign waivers to administer the drug to my dad, and be the gatekeeper with the only key to the drug. It may be something that can help your friend. Ask them if thalidomide will help for him. Prayers for him to recover fully. Forgot to say, my dad passed away before the government would authorize the use of the drug. Time is essential in this treatment. Takes a while to get authorization and shipped in from Canada.
Sounds possible. From what I can gather, they claim it is a X-chromosome linked gene mutation disorder affecting progenitor cells in the bone marrow. It was identified in 2020 but I don't know at this time when in 2020 it was published. The jab rollout in the US was Dec 2020 so I don't know if VEXAS can be linked - but it was identified during the plandemic. Hmmm?
They state occurrence of 1 in 4000 adult males. I am sure those numbers are increased from what they were in 2020. I found this doing a search. It has an imbedded video of a case from 2019. But this case does not sound like it is the same. His case involves a mutation of acox-1 enzyme that is used in the fatty acid oxidation pathway and not bone marrow hemopoietic function. Interesting. Thank you. Something to research for sure. Claim by Dr's in 2017 is I would be susceptible to the same condition my dad had. So I started adjusting diet and such to keep that from happening to me.
Yes, the fact that this is a gene linked syndrome seems to put you at increased risk. Things that could damage bone marrow that act as a trigger should be taken seriously. Radiation is the main one that comes to my mind. That would include any type of radiation, meaning EMF. So limit your exposure as much as you can in this modern world that is saturated in the stuff. Diet and supplements that protect DNA should be your go to. Good luck.
