It's back now, though! And bromelain is cheap as dirt if you buy the powder and make your own capsules. We've also noticed that some older people with low stomach acid (who ALWAYS start out thinking they have too MUCH stomach acid) stop having problems with digestion if they eat pineapple.

NAC is one of the best supplements I have taken since covid...it protects your cells and has many great benefits. Be sure to take it in the AM first thing on an empty stomach and wait a full half hour before you eat. Or take it PM on an empty stomach 2 hours after you have eaten.

Bromelain is good stuff. You can get quercetin/bromelain capsules at health food stores or online, and they help with allergies and immunity. Bromelain also helps with general inflammation and pain.
