Been making this for breakfast and lunch for years on and off. LOVE it. Sometimes I’ll even throw in a little horseradish and/or a jalapeño. Spicier the better IMO!
1/2 apple
1/2 banana
Hunk of ginger root
Handful of blueberries
Spinach
Turmeric + a few cranks of black pepper
Good pinch of CAYANNE
Tbs hemp hearts/chia seeds
2 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic
Shot of ACV
Water
