Devolution status... I am curious about it, but feel like that body of knowledge is way too vast for me to catch up on (with the time that I have).

I remember several months ago how Devolution was a huge topic on this board. I enjoyed the discussion when I had time to follow it.

Is anyone tracking that perspective? Can anyone share some thoughts about how it has unfolded?
