It's from a video years back where some kid had mental issues and always flew off the handle and I think (if I recall correctly) his brother was filming him to release these vids to youtube.
Just as a side note... I'm 99% sure their channel staged but they do it so well that it's hard to tell. Either way there are other "freakout" vids on their channel that are almost as good and equally believable.
