If you want diabetes, drink OJ. Any OJ. Store bought OJ has added sugar which isn't on the label. Even if you make your own juiced fruit it is absorbed much too easily. It's a sugar bomb.
I use it to mask the taste of some of my supplements. I use as little as possible and dilute it heavily with water.
Water works but champagne is better. Kek. Got to have my Sunday morning mimosa. It’s the only vice I still give into once a week.
Wow that sounds so good right now.
ITS A SUGAR BOMB BABY!
Apes in the wild lose weight all year until the fruit ripens, and then they gain it all back. Our bodies are specifically adapted to turn fruit into fat.
Fructose isn't "healthy sugar". It's sugar.
I keep saying the same about honey. Nobody wants to believe it.
No joke, Kroger just had a big sale on this right after it came out about the forever chemicals in it.
Ya was like 50 cents cheaper or I can buy Kroger organic brand for same price LOL.
I think most of the products on the shelves are bad for us
Read the label on EVERYTHING you buy; it's a real eye-opener. Vegetable oils, including Canola (the worst), soybean, safflower, sunflower, and others are in everything. ORGANIC salad dressings and mayo at the health food store often have Canola oil as the first or second ingredient. Doesn't matter if Canola is "organic" or "cold-pressed" -- it's still very bad for you. And it, and the other bad oils, are in crackers, soups, muffins, you name it. I stopped eating things with vegetable oils (good oils include olive, walnut, coconut, and avocado -- although criminal gangs in Italy make big $ adulterating "extra virgin olive oil" with cheaper oils) a few years ago and it's made a big difference in my health.
See What The Heck Should I Eat by Mark Hyman, MD for details and more info.
Unprocessed organic food is best; minimally processed organic food (short ingredient list, and no BAD ingredients) is next; you'll be healthier if you put almost everything else back on the shelf.
Just my opinion. Well, and Dr. Hyman's, and many other's.
Maybe add coconut oil to the good list
It's in there.
Every time they " find " harmful ingredients in all of the stuff we consume ( food, drink, skin topics, etc. ) people need to keep in mind - THIS IS NEVER ACCIDENT.
They can never explain how products that are in industrial floor strippers can benefit one of these consumables ( 1 example ). That is because there is no beneficial reason. It is put there as a slow and methodical attack on our bodies over time.
They want to make sure that you produce ( labor & taxes ) most of your life, yet when it's time to retire you spend your golden years allowing them to collect more money from you - i.e. " healthcare ". All while killing you, and definitely making sure you're dead before you get into their social security " slush fund.
An attack is an attack. Sliding the shank in slower does not make it any less evil. In the end same result.
Baby powder, spray tan, sun screen
PSA: don’t drink fruit juices horrible for you eat the damn fruit the pulp and fiber help offset the sugars
Well crap, I should have known. I was drinking oj like it was going out of style because it was the only thing keeping me from vomiting my whole first trimester of pregnancy... About a month ago I switched to keto an haven't touched this or sugar since...
So I gave my unborn baby "forever chemicals?"
😔 spend a few years doing intentional, safe, detox on your little one, I guess
