I have missed a lot of the news on this story, but what was the INITIAL reason this guy was pulled over, and has video footage from the FIRST moment of the initial police stop been made public?

I still think it is even more to it than that (but I hadnt heard of this yet) to have that many officers give him a beat down and others stand by and not do shit to stop it. Something dirty about all of it... just isnt sitting right at all.
