Just as milk (especially colostrum) is a way to pass on antibodies from cow to calf, chickens naturally pass on antibodies they've developed, in the egg yolks, which coveys them to the developing chick.
Researchers have known, and used, this knowledge, to vaccinate chickens with some virus, to which the hen develops antibodies, passing them on in her egg yolks, which the researchers then extract from the eggs, and concentrate and store, to be used to convey antibodies either to human or livestock subjects.
So the above study is not saying chicken eggs, by themselves, are any defense against covid, nor that by eating eggs one can fight off covid -- only that chickens can be vaccinated (if one has isolated an actual virus), and if/when they develop antibodies to that virus, those can be passed along in the egg yolks.
Also notable, FWIW: the above (full, not abstracted) article actually mentions using LUCIFERASE: "The blocking potency of IgYs on the SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus was evaluated by luciferase-generated luminescence".
None of this sounds good-so wonder why they are still destroying the chickens/eggs, unless it just for food shortage purposes or are the WH doing it??? Really hard to tell nowadays but I am staying away from anything that has been jabbed if at all possible.
A few important points:
