Supposedly Baker St is about Gerry hanging out in the evenings at fellow Scotsman Billy Connelly’s house in London, where during the day Gerry was struggling with lawyers and whatnot to get him out of the Stealer’s Wheel contract. In Baker Street’s lyrics, the guy who has the “dream about buying some land, he’s gonna give up the booze and the one night stands” might be Billy. The guy at the end of the song where it says “you’re going, you’re going home” might be Gerry, freed from his contract and able to pursue his solo career.
Except that normies are in the middle by definition. Extremist theories on the left and right. Both are authoritarian. The middle is most people. Are most people anons? I know that is the stated goal. TO redpill normies until theres a mainstreaming of based living etc. At some point anons will be glad to be normies, because normies will have been saved.
Many will have a problem not being "special" anymore and will be that guy you see in every "thing" that was there and happening before "everyone else showed up 🙄". A gatekeeper. He was in it for the ego.
Well, I generally agree, NPCs occupy the vast middle. But - regarding the "extremist" ends, authoritarian is ONE end (left). Right has been mislabeled - hence creating a false dichotomy - fascism vs communism. Right is actually RIGHTS/freedom etc. Which is the extreme we must embrace.
I know it's tempting to frame it like the right end of the spectrum is somehow not as extreme as the left, but that's not how it works. Either side has an extreme faction. As long as either side believes in a "by any means necessary" thinking, or a belief in coercive controls for a people's own good, then they are dangerous and will invariably become authoritarian. For our own good.
At the moment there are people that are afraid to point this out, admit it, or to try and discuss what's to be done about it. But they are surrounded by paranoid eyes that don't dare be caught outside the narrative.
Maybe we are playing a neat game.
Ok. Yes it's extremely important we hold our rights and freedoms to be extremely important. Just truly, extremely important. Absolutely. Without question.
Also, it is terrible to be a political extremist.
OK, let's have only some rights, or half of whatever rights we do have, keep only some of our money, after all it's best to help those in need, and it certainly shouldn't be up to you to decide who you want to help because that wouldn't be unfair, and clearly The Government in all its wisdom is best at allocating the help and setting up the help and nothing bad would ever come of a mixed economy, no sir. It certainly wouldn't ever go towards fascism instead of capitalism, so long as we remain non-extreme, and stay the middle course.
You are the one playing "neat" games. If we aren't extreme about this stuff, the other side wins. It's. That. Simple.
Your username is the opposite of reality, btw, at least by any evidence I've seen in this discussion, such as it is.
In my personal life, my normie friends (including my spouse) are all conservative. They are not extreme in the least, and they are generally careful to not reveal themselves to others until they're certain it's safe to do so. More likely a by-product of being red in a blue state. My based friend since kindergarten lives in a red state now and could give two f's about what the radicals back home think of him when he comes to visit. I wish my normie friends would follow his example.
I'm not part of the board... I thought ever knew that the whole Q thing was bullshit / waste of time... total nonsense. I didnt know there was a board for this garbage...
I'm sure you did a lot of personal research to come to your conclusion, but many people obviously interpreted the data differently from you. There are plenty of other websites where you may feel more "comfortable".
All the research on this site is because Q got us started. Suggesting relationship links. Telling us to research. Asking questions. What does this company do? Who works there? Who are the directors? Where else are they connected? Follow the wives. Why do most not have the same name as their husband? What do the TV actors tell you about the news? What did you find in your research? Does it match? Reconcile. We didn't know the answers, but with the encouragement, anons started to dig. And dig. And dig. Telling us don't take other peoples word for anything, research for yourself. Going down rabbit holes and finding unpleasant stuff that tied into all the questions we had been asked. None of the TV channels were reporting any of it. Still aren't. Or.. taking things out of context to make it seem totally different from what it was originally. So now there is greatawakening.win because of Q.
I hated politics before, never listened to any of it. After finding Q, and having Q and other anons put things together so they finally made sense, politics turned out to be one of the most interesting topics around. Many of the people on this board owe their sanity in this crazy world to Q, including me.

Early Gerry Rafferty. His later solo work was quality as well (Right Down the Line, Baker Street).

As for centrism? This quote (also from her) sums up the problem quite succinctly:
"In any compromise between food and poison, it is only death that can win. In any compromise between good and evil, it is only evil that can profit."

Please reread my comment. However many times it takes.
We MUST BE extremists. For freedom, rights, capitalism.
