I grew up in Oklahoma and we used to have bad ice storms and even snow storms. I was young and can't say if the weather patterns were odd, but it also wouldn't surprise me if they tried to devastate OK and TX with the current weather.
I believe you are correct. That was the weirdest storm I have ever seen. We saw lots of very bright lightening that lit the whole sky but no thunder at all. And the damage is off the charts with the number of trees that have been downed from the ice. We've been hit multiple times with very strange weather and I've always believed it was weather wars with HAARP.
