This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an intergral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on it's evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
When you show ingredients, show ingredients. I could not identify a single one. You need the entire recipe posted. You also need spatulas! You need bowls big enough to accommodate the quantity of ingredients without our having to wonder when it will overspill. Your camera angle is too steep and I couldn't see you separating the whites. That could have been done off camera, anyway. Kind of boring. Most of us don't have silicon bake cups, so how else could you do this? Would the batter stick too much in regular paper cups?? Or could the paper cups be sprayed with some oil?? You have to tell the baking time. You should get copper bowl to beat the egg whites in. All in all, you come across as an amateur home cook, so many will not want another dose.
He is an amateur home cook. I don’t think he’s doing this for clicks. It’s something he enjoys doing, along with making music. Although all of your feedback was very interesting, and needed, it was a little bit cranky. At least he’s doing something. Try to find some compassion and kindness in your comments.
