You are the one thinking of it as a negative thing. I am using it literally - that this is just a theory at this point. And it indeed is, since there is no indication, as claimed in this post, that the killed FBI agent was working on Hunter Biden.
Yeah, stickied comments are standard for the moderators to address questionable content (like this one) or content sitting on the edge of whats acceptable according to side bar rules (as the previous one) or for clarifying any number of things, that the mods might deem necessary.
