I would overlay a flattened bubble toward the north half of that bubble shown, and tilt it so the long axis starts at 8 o'clock going to 2 o'clock - northern PA, Western NY, roughly following St.Lawence and just beyond the CAN border.... Based on recent prevailing winds above 2000ft since the so called controlled explosions. .. Winds closer to ground take a chunk down SE oH, Pitt. However, to the North & NE of Pitt the Srfce winds were light.
I haven't enough numbers to figure the dispersion and decay rate of the chems over a given distance.. Models may pop up soon. ( 👀 )
