DoD made the vaccines from what i read. When has money ever been an issue?
But did DoD just design the jab and then tell big pharma to produce, manufacture, market it, or did DoD actually include the parts with the plan.
Comparison:
#1) I design a house, send you the blueprint. You buy all the materials, hire the contractors, pay for all the permits, build the house.
#2) I design a model electric airplane and send you a kit that contains instructions on how to build it, all the part needed to build it, a control device used to fly it, and a battery for the controller.
