Oh I agree 100%. That's why I said it's applicable to American citizens. It's also why I started letting my grandson shoot some of my "special" toys when 5 years ago when he turned 11. Now he tries to burn up all my ammo when he gets a chance.
I made him load all the belts and mags he shot. Somehow he managed to mix a tracer in the belt in the video and the 14 second burn time set the sunflower field on fire. Had to use the tractor to extinguish it. lol
That happened in Brazil in 2018. The woman who shot him was an off duty cop. Still applicable to American citizens.
