Who is causing all those challenges?
I speculate that the primary root cause of most of those challenges is people with EVIL BEHAVIORS. Not a single country, political party, organization, group, person, gender, or age. But people with Evil behaviors within ALL of the above.
There are more people with Good behaviors then Evil behaviors :)

Everything below is my same speculation as above. But with details if you're interested in those.

People with Evil Behaviors really do not care about anybody but then themselves. In other words, they only TAKE from anyone one. They do NOT really give anything. Unless it as strings attach to it so that they can somehow take something from you.

They do not support any one political party, one country, one organization. For example, one day they will support one country. Manipulate it into TAKING from it. The next day, they will support their biggest enemy country. Manipulate it into TAKING from it. Then the next day, they will support both those countries. Manipulate both of them into TAKING from both. The next days, they will turn again their best friends and minions. Again, to manipulate them into TAKING from them. The keyword here is TAKING.

One frequent characteristic of people with Evil behaviors is that they mimic people with Good behaviors. One easy way to tell apart people with Evil behavior from people with Good behaviors is to review their past behavior records. Ignore what they say or claim. Focus on the fact-based past track records about their behaviors. The best is first-hand data. For example, if a politician you know claims repeatedly and for a very long period claims to be against war for profit. But often voted to somehow support wars. But continue to claim the opposite. This means a long history of deceiver behaviors. Which is one of many typical Evil behaviors.
Let them self-destruct alone or self-destruct with them?
On the long run, people with Evil behaviors always ends up the same way. Which is their inevitable self-destruction. To reduce the risk of being affected by their self-destruction, I suggest to not contribute in any way to people with Evil behaviors. Let them self-destruct alone. Let them go alone on their road toward self-destruction. If you contribute to their Evil behaviors in any ways, you will also end up either somehow partly self-destructing or fully self-destructing.
There are more people with Good behaviors then Evil behaviors :)
