The leadership and the Country in general sound like what we THOUGHT our Country was decades ago.
The more I listen to Putin and watch how his people look at him and love him (just like our Trump followers) I find it hard to believe the horror stories about him and now believe our politicians and the world wide deep state have fed us lies probably since the the turn of the century.
I also watched a video some time ago that featured Kaddafi's citizens and they said they loved him! So were we lied to about him, also?
And if you want to see an actual beautiful loving Russian family as they go about their daily lives this is a great place to watch. Sorry about the YouTube link, but I can't find their videos anyplace other than here.
Family values, family support, rejection of woke moral deterioration, respect of religion, read your holy book. Lots of nodding when I listened to it.
A US politician running on the ideology found in his speech could go far here in the USA.
So why are we proxy fighting them? Because they want to be independent of the bankers. Just like Kaddafi and the other list of overthrown leaders who wanted the same.

I saw a documentary about Russia that was made maybe three or four years ago. Putin has done a lot to build up his country’s internal economy.
This particular documentary was focused on French people he encouraged to move there to help establish an improved network of artisanal dairies and restaurants. The documentary touched on other things he was doing and they all amounted to putting the Russian people first. The immigration he allowed was specifically to improve the lives of Russians.
I came across someone recently who told me emphatically that "Putin is crazy". When I started saying that he wasn't, I was immediately accused of consuming propaganda.
Sheesh.

Oliver Stone’s Putin interviews are really interesting. Also his Ukraine documentaries are required watching for someone unaware of the background to the conflict.

Please please do not be fooled by this man. I have a friend from Russia who has witnessed what this country is really like. Also, many many religions that are also considered christian religions are banned in Russia. Do you research people. Remember, there are Wolves in Sheep’s clothing. Don’t you think Putin knows exactly what he needs to say to get people on his side?
