A few years ago he fell getting on a stage. He mislocated or hurt his shoulder. That is probably what you saw.

Thanks I've been looking everywhere for this. OAN aired this video this morning. I didn't recall it looking that bad or him hitting his head. Later today he has a concussion? I don't think so!
