I suggested to my son that he take up dancing lessons. Lots of women want to learn, and there are never enough men. So, there is a clear advantage. His reaction was like 'yuck' no thanks. But really, it is a well known fact. It can be any kind of dancing too, not just ball-room. But nothing wrong with even knowing how to waltz. The ability to spin a girl around a dance-floor, and bend her back is actually very sexy, and guess what, the man is in control.

Same counts for amateur dramatics. Never enough men on the stage. Such clubs are NOT the same as movies or Hollywood. They are a dedicated group of people interested in performing plays for limited audiences, and it has a long tradition.
