If I were an employer, I would scour the Internet for every applicant to see if they were a nut job leftist. Then I'd definitely would never hire them. They are attention seeking lazy brats.
I don’t do much hiring, and of course not hiring people who declare themselves crazy on their resume applies, but I avoid doing business with people with pronouns. Once I got an email from a new person at a company I used for my clients. It has he/him under his name. I stopped using that company and went elsewhere. A) you are clearly a dude. Don’t insult my intelligence be telling me what you are. B) I don’t want my clients thinking I’m using vendors that have a fourth grade intelligence level, or at least are ignorant enough to not understand real life.
The funny thing is outside of an employee directory on a website, I’ve never seen they/them pronouns being announced in real life. It’s always regular looking dudes saying he/him or regular looking chicks saying she/her. Learn biology and Get a life!

The problem is that a lot of companies have given way too much power to "Human Resources" departments. Back in the day they were called Employee Services and you would go to them if you maybe had a problem with your pay check, had benefit questions. They were also in change of employee moral and organized fun things like yearly picnics, and things like that. Now they're a tyrannical department full of fat woke cunts, and any guy who works in HR is probably a raging faggot. They're now 100% in charge of the hiring process. If they get a resume they don't like, the hiring manager will NEVER see it, even if the person is highly qualified. HR departments need to be abolished because they're a major part of every company's problems.
I thought all sane hiring managers do this anyway. I've known one or two managers who bought into the "Duh! Mah dIVeRsITy" bullshit. And pretty soon, they're not managers anymore. Of course no one admits to it, but the evidence is very much as this young lady says whenever you have anyone of the alphabet people in in an organisation.
Many years ago I nearly got fired because I mocked the HR manager for trying to push the "diversity" bullshit in one of our weekly meetings. I quote myself: "The machines do not care what skin color you have, what is between your legs or where you stick what is between your legs, they run the same speed. Maybe HR should worry more about diversity because I only see white women." I got pulled aside for that one. I generally just keep my head down but the bullshit level that day was just too much XD
It was over a decade ago, and I think what saved me was calling out their total lack of diversity in HR and the associated hypocrisy pushing it. It hasn't been a very long time that the psycho activists have been openly in control.
