Honestly, I dont buy the "dump fuel" or tapped the propeller stuff. I think it was electronically jammed and since all comms are encrypted, the Russian's ability to do that would be a major blow to the US military, and hence not being advertised.

You can actually see the propeller is bent after the 2nd pass.
Isn't it pretty common for propellers to look bent on video due to the rolling shutter effect?
Indeed. Also, one would think with a bent propeller there would be a lot more vibration on the video.
