Since 1972 the NIH/WHO have been developing the tetanus vaccine as a sterilization/abortion vaccine.
Latino, African and Indian countries...but, also here in the US.
But it's only for the well insured.
If you're on the public dole, have as many kids as you want.

Makes as much sense as requiring covid jabs for all govt employees or employees of company’s that give govt assistance but not requiring it if individuals are on govt funded programs
