Yup. I know for many they don't connect the dots but as a Christian everything leads back to The Bible.
"I am Legion."
Shouldn't that be 'We'?
Jesus asked him: “What is your name?” And he replied: “My name is Legion, because there are many of us.” - Mark 5:9
So many updoots to give in this thread, to everybody!
This should be on the back wall of every church in America. Would wake up a lot of rainbow "feeling" church goers. Sometimes I don't think the churches teach enough finding like this. Hopefully one church in America will do something to educate their congregations.
It's called a 501C3 I do believe. There are rules to follow to get tax exempt !
And no church should incorporate that way. There are other options without limitations. My church wrote the amicus brief that overturned Roe v Wade.
My church is very vocal about this stuff. Faithful word baptist in Phoenix. Check it out
Why did I not see this earlier....? Thank you.
We also know that men who have sex with men will not inherit the Kingdom of God. But they/them think they can justify it and normalize that men who have sex with men are children of God and will inherit the Kingdom of God.
I saw a meme today that pointed out that "normal" things do not have to be "normalized".
Yep. They are telling us they are sick/I’ll—They are possessed. Very Biblical stuff.
Break out the horse paste. I do wonder about that, if it would make a gay man go straight?
Only in specific cases. Specific demons have specific names. If a person has more than one demon then they might refer to themselves collectively with plural pronouns.
But it would be gramatically correct to refer to a possessed person with plural pronouns because even with only 1 demon their body is still playing host to 2 spirits--their soul and a demon
Lady GaGa - Born This away
Starts off w “Capital H I M”
Wouldn’t it just be him/she?
Didn’t Capital H I M traditionally represent Satan?
That is interesting. Anyone have any verses to look at? (Not being pedantic, this is a connection I never made and I try to read the Bible daily)
Just use a topical Bible app. Or a cyclopedic index. You can bring up everything first that talks about demons and go from there
This is true, and they should be treated as such, spiritually.
Need citations with this claim please, I agree with the sentiment but I don't recall the pronoun use by demons in the bible.
God doesn't expect us to forgive demons.
