He ain't gonna get perp walked. There is no evidence of anything. The Stormy Daniels things was cooked up in the first place, and dismissed because there was no evidence. The Dems claim that T paid her off (evidence for that?), so they now claim that 'payment' came from campaign contributions (evidence? How does one track money going from various accounts i.e. campaign funds, to Stormy's account - Also I don't think that's how it works. Trump is plenty rich to pay it from a personal account if he actually did such a thing - which he denies). They are doubling down on their own lies. They just need one more witness, they claim (so says an 'expert'). At first they claimed that they were going to interview his attorney, who immediately countered saying that when they demand more evidence from an attorney they are weak, and lack evidence - obviously. Then, they say that the 'expert witness' was the guy who supposedly got caught allowing employees certain perks. (Since when do companies not provide perks? - that one was cooked up as well.) But, they can't interview him, because he is in prison. Erm. What? Lies. Lies, and more lies.
But. This is a media circus to get everyone talking about it. It will boomerang in their faces, of course, because everyone can see it is a last ditch attempt to get T out of the presidential race.

There is no law against having affairs. There is no law against non disclosure agreements. There is no law against banging sleazy porn stars. There is no lawa against using campaign funds to prevent your candidate from getting negative publicity. None of what is alleged is illegal, even if it was all true, which it probably isnt.

President Trump is in Florida, New York has no jurisdiction to arrest him and then bring him north unless Gov DeSantis agrees to the extradition.
This is not a federal case but a state case, would be damning to Gov DeSantis to approve this action.
