There seems to be multiple issues with this statement:

"Statement attributable to a spokesperson"- who uses such kind of language?
"his" refers to Trump or his attorney?
"Supreme Court"- Which court has issued the indictment?
"Guidance will be provided when the arraignment date is selected"- what guidance?

Considering the high stakes involved, I feel that the DA must have read this statement ten times, if not more, before releasing it to everyone!!
