What is the purpose of this distraction? It feels like the Left has abandoned every minority group to focus on people claiming to be transgender.

The problem is the Left had so much to hide, it is hard to sort out what the primary purpose of this distraction is. The Southern Border? Human Trafficking? Crimes Against Children? Ukraine? Etc.
