Russia says it fired a Kinzhal missile at a Ukrainian arms depot, in an apparent change of strategy.

My husband and /BIL both former military were discussing it, but that they heard about it, but how fast it was washed?

Like I said, only thing I could find on off hand reports from former military people I trust. One a Marine and one Airforce. We are all three trying to find more info. Please help anons!
