Incompetency is the grease that the Left relies upon to keep their minions devoted to them. Without unqualified people to move up, the Left would loose their base. They must show that incompetent people have the ability to lead. That lie has been perpetrated within our military and other government agencies to the hilt. Thus, we are crumbling from within. That will change!
